Sauromosis Posted October 23, 2015 Posted October 23, 2015 That weapon slaughtered a village of sandpeople, an academy full of jedi children, and countless strong, adult jedi. I have no point I just find that interesting in the storyline. 1 Quote
Guest TabbyBoy Posted October 23, 2015 Posted October 23, 2015 If the Ewoks appear in EP7, I'm walking out of the cinema in disgust. They spoiled the last movie for me. Honestly, how believable is a dwarf (no offence) or child in a cheap-looking fancy dress teddy-bear costume? I was offered an Ewok Village (new and intact but, broken seal) this Summer for £100 and passed with no regrets.I hate Ewoks and I want them all to die as painfully, as embarrassingly and as slowly as possible. That's one scene I may stay for! Quote
Sauromosis Posted October 23, 2015 Posted October 23, 2015 I was 7 when Jedi came out so I like the ewoks. There were two ewok movies made for television and I liked those. I had the "playmation" ewok village. I guess it depends on when you saw Jedi. I get mad when people hate on Jedi because: throne room. Quote

Bold-Arrow Posted October 23, 2015 Posted October 23, 2015 While I don't hate Ewoks, I think the idea of them bringing down the Empire on Endor is absurd. It was cool when I was a kid, but now , not so much . 1 Quote
Sauromosis Posted October 23, 2015 Posted October 23, 2015 They had Chewie in an AT-ST, it wasn't that lopsided. 2 Quote

Locutus001 Posted October 23, 2015 Posted October 23, 2015 I also don't understand all that Ewok hate... I mean it's a little bit silly when the bring down all these stormtroopers on endor, on the other hand boba fett was put away (not killed) by a blind han solo who accidentally hit his jet pack... and Vader was defeated by a farmboy who didn't get half the training and experience (nor armor) that he got. So yeah... why not bring on a Jedi Ewok in the next movies?Always better than another JarJar 1 Quote

Darth_Raichu Posted October 23, 2015 Posted October 23, 2015 how believable is any of it ? Ewoks Rule Everyone forgot that Ewoks were CARNIVORE. They considered humanoid flesh a DELICACY. Just go back and think about the reason they captured Han and Leia. I always wonder if the Ewoks cooked those fallen stormtroopers and served them at the celebration at the end of the movie. What would the best way to treat honored guests? Serve them the best food ie. the delicacy. At least it would explain the collection of stormtrooper helmets at their treehouses 3 Quote
