Jeff Mack Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 (edited) I got the tickets, what times and how many showings did everyone see. I just had one selection at 8:45pm? Is that the one standard time or were there more for you to pick from. UPDATE: It now shows... The showtime you selected is sold out. Please select another showtime. Jeff Mack Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 I went with 11 pm for iMax 3 DI didn't have that which is odd, it's sold out now, for all I know maybe they will move it to an IMAX theater since there are at least 4 auditoriums in my theater that are for IMAX. Just happy I got the tickets. If it's good, I am sure I will go see it again. Quote
Bold-Arrow Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 For personal or quick flipping?? Ticket hoarders is a new thing you know QFLL plays second to the FORCE . I did buy two though. Hmmmmmmm 1 Quote
redcell Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 People don't seem to realize that there will be early showings on 12/17. Most of the showings on 12/18 were wiped out by the time I could get through, but I was able to get two tickets to the 7pm Imax showing on the 17th, which is awesome because I'm flying to NYC the next morning and won't have time to catch an early show before I leave. Jeff Mack Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 My AMC theater did not show any dates for the 18th yet Quote
exciter1 Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 I'm going to stand in line on opening night like a true nerd. 2 Quote
zskid00 Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 Got two tickets for 10:30 IMAX 3D on 17th. Much better than midnight showing since I have to work the next day. I'll wait in line to get good seats the night of the showing. Does that count exciter? 1 Quote
capsa77 Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 I'm going to stand in line on opening night like a true nerd.Only to have all the tickets sold out for the next week! Lol jk. Waiting in line is usually the most fun part about Star Wars events. Definitely was the case for the prequels, or only fun part for that matter. Quote
Alpinemaps Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 I'm not getting through here. grrr.... 1 Quote

areyounormal Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 I couldn't get thru on AMC or Fandango but tried the Cinemark and got tickets for 7pm on Dec 17th with no problem, website was working smoothly and no freezing. Could be worth a try for folks who have those theaters 1 Quote
jal4u2c Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 Guess i'm not going anytime soon. Website is screwed and when i did get through, there is nothing showing at any theaters near me or they have already sold out. I don't know which. Not happy at all. 1 Quote
TheOrcKing Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 I've always thought of Star Wars as more "science fantasy" or "space romance" (and not the kissing kind... ask your English teacher). Star Trek typically trends more science fiction, but neither is very "hard." Phantasm...great movie, but many on this site probably never heard of it. The circle is now complete. You have the ring....and I see your Schwartz is as big as mine! 3 Quote

Alpinemaps Posted October 20, 2015 Posted October 20, 2015 The two closest IMAX theaters are powered by Fandango. So I'm out of luck there. There's a Cinemark theater just up the street from me, but no IMAX.I may just go with that, just to get somewhere to see it, and then do IMAX later that weekend. Quote
