ebay has a affidavit that you fill out and sign, Stating what happened. Swap etc. then they refund you.

What steps would you take to recover your funds if a customer claims that the contents of the box do not match the original set they purchased?

Why would you put that on amazon and not ebay. At least with ebay if you get scammed you got some what of a chance of getting your money back

f'ing amazon took my listing down for B004QWZ5M6 due to fair pricing violation. Was listed with buy box at $1200. Amazon wants me to sell at $349. Had to list as collectible. No choice.

The new Funko CEO is going to sink funko, She is steering away from collectors and going main stream like Mattel and Hasbro. they nuked fundays this year at SDCC due to costs, but they could charge what ever they want, and they would still sell 4000 tickets in 10 seconds. Plus now numbered pieces are going to be sold by funko for as much as $200 A EE order I have had open way to long I ordered this 7/2023 , SInce they truly suck they won't let you cancel. I do not know how anyone can make more than a few cents proft from Funko that are widely available from distributors

Wholesale price on Funko has went up by ~50% from some distributors so unless you deal directly with Funko that line is dead for now

I had the same issue, the bots opened a case "Used sold as New" - thankfully, I had all my wholesale invoices on hand, or I could’ve easily lost my account. After that experience, I decided to stop selling Funko products altogether. There were just too many complications and risks involved.

Funko buyer are the worst box queens to walk the earth and switachroo schemes and scams are abundant in that category . Wait to see what you get and then decide. Once you get it post pics and I can try to help

Sales are virtually non-existent at this point...can't hardly give this stuff away. Also down 50% from last year and the one before that and neither of those were very good. Bar keeps going lower...this is shaping up to be a brutal year with very little optimism on the horizon.
