This small polybag has never shown up on Lego.com's official shop but you can pick it up at Toys R Us and the occasional Target. Usual price is 3.99. The set contains balloons which I haven't seen much but I can't really say there are many exclusive parts. One nice thing is that this set contains a Friends minifigure which seem to be very popular and this is one that doesn't come with many of the larger sets. I have seen a lot of lots on Ebay where the seller will send a random sampler of Friends minifigs and this set would be a cheap way to acquire those. I predict that this set will increase in value above ten dollars when the current flood of bags on the market subsides. You have people on Amazon and Ebay selling for around 7 dollars now, and that's with many of the bags readily available. A nice thing about reselling these bags is that they can be easily and cheaply shipped in an envelope mailer. It could be a good idea to partner one of these with the 5.99 "animal" poly bags (which have larger and more sturdy plastic bags).
